As we reach the end of 2023, our CEO Jayne Brooks reflects on Proactive International PR’s growth over the year and our own wins away from the successes we achieve for our clients.
This year has really seen a new phase of development for Proactive PR. While we have renewed our commitment to our roots – ensuring we deliver an exceptional client experience by going above and beyond wherever we can – we have also focused more on our own brand and vision and the steps we need to take to achieve further growth.
To support this vision, 2023 saw the appointment of our first ever Marketing Director Jade Hush. Responsible for developing and delivering the global marketing strategy for Proactive PR, and enabling our continuous growth, Jade has been a pivotal addition to the team as we work to realise our vision of becoming the go-to PR and digital marketing partner for leading technology companies.
The results we achieve for clients have always been impressive – but we are often so invested in our clients’ news that we forget to share our own successes. Jade has transformed our own PR and Marketing programme, ensuring that our communications reflect the dedication, knowledge and creativity that has become synonymous with the Proactive PR team.
Expanded scope of work
The impact is already being seen in our client portfolio and we were pleased to welcome several new clients on-board in 2023. These will be added to in the new year, with more companies signed up to join Proactive PR’s our client portfolio in 2024. We will also be growing our team to provide the additional resource needed to ensure the high level of service we provide continues.
2023 has also been a record year for projects. This year’s Connected Britain was our biggest ever and, as the official filming partner, we were delighted to be able to offer company-branded videos to exhibitors for the first time. We hope to build on this offering at several different events next year so stay tuned for announcements!
2024 and beyond
As we head into the new year, playing to our strengths will be top of the agenda; growing our telecoms, satellite and technology client base, continuing to deliver the ‘proactive experience to drive results for our clients, and making the most of our industry connections to provide bespoke opportunities to maximise companies’ return on investment at those all-important industry events.
With Industry 4.0 transforming every aspect of our world, we will also open a new chapter for Proactive PR as we start to expand into new sectors. Leveraging our history of delivering results and our expertise in technology and critical communications, we will retain our focus on technology as we look to grow our business in other industries.
Of course, none of what we have achieved this year or hope to achieve next year would be possible without the support of our existing clients. We are incredibly lucky to work with the companies and the people within them that we do. Thank you all for your continued support.
